Dead to You (Books from A to Z)

For the longest time, I saw this cover all over the place.  I finally had to check it out further, and carefully read the reviews.  I must say that most of the reviews were wonderful.  The worst review that I found stated that it was predictable.  You know, sometimes, predictable is a good thing.  The comfort of feeling you know how things will turn out can be an attraction to a book.

Dead to You by Lisa McMann is on my To-read list for both the Standalone Reading Challenge as well as both of the Young Adult Contemporary Challenges I am in.  It was a released in February 2012, and is featured on many, many lists on Goodreads, such as best cover, most anticipated, the cover drew me in, and the books you'd sell your soul for.   It definitely is a book I am going to read soon.
Blurb:  Ethan was abducted from his front yard when he was just seven years old. Now, at sixteen, he has returned to his family. It's a miracle... at first. Then the tensions start to build. His reintroduction to his old life isn't going smoothly, and his family is tearing apart all over again. If only Ethan could remember something, anything, about his life before, he'd be able to put the pieces back together. But there's something that's keeping his memory blocked. Something unspeakable...
